I work with natural light, unhurried time and quiet direction — just enough for you to feel at ease in front of the camera.
It began with an old obsession: the way late-afternoon light falls across the pine woods and dunes of the Algarve, and the way people change the moment they stop posing. It's there, in the gap between the pose and the real laugh, that I usually press the shutter.

The Algarve through my lens
I know the exact hour each beach turns beautiful.
Twenty minutes of light can change everything. So I plan each session around the tide, the season and the place — never the other way round.
From the pine woods of Vilamoura to the fire-coloured cliffs of Lagos, by way of the Tavira salt pans and the Ria Formosa boardwalks, I choose the places that aren't on everyone's list yet.

About me
I'm Bianca. I don't ask for smiles — I wait for them.
I live in the Algarve, work across southern Portugal, and believe a good photograph starts long before the shutter: it starts with the conversation.
I don't like rigid sessions or smiles on demand. I like getting you walking, talking, laughing at something of your own — and staying close by, almost invisible, catching what happens next.

How much does a photographer cost in the Algarve?
A session starts at €100 and includes around 30 edited high-resolution photographs. Weddings start at €800. The final figure depends on hours of coverage, number of locations and travel — which is why I always send a personalised quote within 24 hours.
Which areas of the Algarve do you cover?
I photograph across the Algarve, working regularly in Lagos, Portimão, Alvor, Carvoeiro, Albufeira, Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago, Loulé, Faro and Tavira, and travelling from Sagres to Vila Real de Santo António. Beyond the region — the Alentejo, Lisbon or international destinations — travel is included in the quote. Tell me where you are and I'll suggest the best spots nearby.
When do I receive the photographs?
A preview of 10 to 15 images within 48 hours. The full gallery within 10 working days for sessions and 4 to 6 weeks for weddings, in a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads.
What if we don't know how to pose?
Good. Almost nobody does — and that's what makes the pictures true. I give simple, concrete prompts (walk, talk, lean in) and the rest happens by itself. You also get a short preparation guide before the session with clothing ideas.
What's the best time of day to shoot in the Algarve?
My favourite is golden hour — the 60 to 90 minutes before sunset — and, in summer, sunrise, with empty beaches and clean light. But it isn't the only option: I also shoot mid-morning, early afternoon, or on overcast days, which give a soft, beautiful light. I always work around children's routines and your schedule. Once the date is set, I'll tell you the hour I recommend for that location.
How do I book a date?
Through the contact form or by WhatsApp. The date is held once the contract is signed and a 30% deposit is paid. For summer weddings, I recommend booking 8 to 12 months ahead.
